  US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED  #LI-SMOOT Join us and be part of our Military Space team, providing comprehensive administrative support to one of our program teams. The selected candidate will provide a full range of administrative work assignments for one of our Military Space program teams. We are looking for an ambitious Administrative Associate, who is driven, proactive, detailed, highly organized, level-headed, an effective communicator and comfortable interacting with all levels of management. The Military Space Strategic Business Unit delivers innovative space systems that drive mission success and provide resilient and persistent mission-level solutions to deter threats and counter emerging capabilities for the Department of Defense.  What You'll Do: -  Provide administrative support for our program team members in the Military Space organization. 
-  Perform basic administrative tasks, preparing reports, compiling data, coordinating activities, investigating and resolving problems. 
-  Gather data; maintain databases, records, spreadsheets; prepare various schedules and perform data entry. 
-  Prepare documents, communications, and presentation materials for meetings and presentations. 
-  Maintain program calendars and schedule meetings in Outlook. 
-  Set-up and support meetings. 
-  Order catering. 
-  Make conference room reservations. 
-  Coordinate office moves for new and current program team members. 
-  Assist with incoming phone calls. 
-  Make travel arrangements and reservations. 
-  Prepare travel and business expense reports using Deltek. 
-  Perform computer data entry, retrieval, and word processing. Operate other computer software programs and various other types of office equipment. 
-  Maintain various tracking databases in Excel. 
-  File and retrieve records, folders, or other materials. 
-  Work with sensitive and highly confidential information and situations appropriately and maintain proper confidentiality. 
-  Represent organizational unit in working with administrative policies and procedures. 
-  Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule. 
-  Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment. 
-  Perform other duties as necessary. 
On-Site Work Environment:  This position requires regular in-person engagement by working  on-site five days  each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.  Working Conditions:-  Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor. 
Hourly Rate:  $18.51 - $24.52  Required Education, Experience, & Skills-  High School diploma or equivalent. 
-  Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Bachelor's or Master's, may substitute for two years of related experience. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education. 
-  Must have basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Applications). 
-  Must have ability to work under pressure and handle multiple assignments concurrently. 
-  Demonstrated decision making based on knowledge of organization policies and procedures, and the Program Manager's requirements. 
-  Maintaining confidentiality concerning sensitive information is required. 
A security clearance or access with Polygraph is not required to be eligible for this position. However, the applicant must be willing and eligible for submission, depending on program requirements, after an offer is accepted and must be able to maintain the applicable clearance/access.  Pay Information  Full-Time Salary Range: $38500 - $51000 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
