What will I be doing?
Assists the Director to ensure the efficient operation of the facility in accordance with local, state and federal health and cleanliness standards.
Participates in sales, marketing, merchandising, pricing, programming, leading fitness classes, conducting inventory and recording and tracking financial statistics.
Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
