Associate Dentist

Titan Placement Group invites you to join our team in the picturesque coastal town of Ormond Beach, Florida, known for its stunning beaches, rich history, and vibrant community. This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive, well-run, and financially stable dental organization with a supportive team environment. You will work alongside a lead dentist with over 6 years of tenure and three associate dentists each approaching their first year, creating a collaborative atmosphere where mentorship and teamwork thrive.

Salary and Benefits

• Competitive pay range of 30% of production
• Lab fees covered by employer
• Expected annual income of $250,000 to $275,000+
• Employer contributes more than 50% towards health insurance (multiple plan options)

Responsibilities

• Monday to Thursday schedule (Fridays off)
• Work in a busy, state-of-the-art office with 50+ new patients monthly (4 Dentists and 3 Hygienists)
• Collaborate closely with fellow dentists in a team-oriented setting
• Conduct patient consultations, perform comprehensive exams, and establish treatment plans
• Perform dental procedures including extractions, root canals, implants, endodontics, and fillings
• Maintain high standards for patient care, comfort, and communication

Requirements

• Clear and active Dentist license in the State of Florida
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Compassionate approach to patient care
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics
