Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships & create customers for life.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Address customer inquiries using various unique technologies to engage customer interest.
  • Make outbound calls, emails, and texts to reach as many customers as possible.
  • Set appointments with customers.
  • Handle walk-in customers
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of vehicles to customers
  • Go on test drives with customers
  • Guide customers through the sales process
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and foster referral and repeat business
  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
Qualifications:
  • Available to work flexible hours & weekends
  • Must have prior Automotive Sales and Internet Experience
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new products in & outs
  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Clean driving record and valid Driver’s License
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
