Are you a passionate dance instructor who loves working with children? Ensemble Schools is looking for an experienced BEGINNING BALLET AND TAP INSTRUCTOR to inspire and nurture the next generation of students at Production Company Dance Centre. Our growing studio in Longmont, CO , focuses on providing quality instruction in a safe environment. We're seeking instructors who can deliver engaging, in-person lessons and contribute to the vibrant dance community. Our positive classrooms are staffed by amazing teachers who go beyond teaching dance technique to developing important life skills in students because PCDC is about More Than Just Great Dancing!®

Preference will be given to teachers with availability on Wednesday and/or Thursday evenings. More information on the schedule - 

Wednesday 4:30-5:10- Tiny Tutus; Ages 2.5-5; Class description- Tiny Tutus is our youngest independent dancer class, where dancers will learn to enter the classroom on their own and participate with the instructor and other dancers. Tiny Tutus' focus is creative dance and an introduction to ballet.

Thursday 5:15-6:10- Building Ballet/Tap; Ages 5-8 years; Class description- Beginner ballet and tap combo class. This class will start with the fundamentals and progress forward with attention to technique and form. Class format is 25 minutes of ballet and 25 minutes of tap with proper warm-ups in each style and choreography combinations.

There will be a lot of opportunity for teachers to add additional hours through trial classes and substituting. We look forward to building you into our team!

• Instructing beginner students in fundamental ballet and tap techniques across various
• Strong dance background in ballet required for this position.
• Developing and implementing lesson plans tailored to individual and group needs.
• Choreographing routines for our annual performances.
• Fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and dedicated to the art of teaching dance.
• Provide reliable transportation and pass a routine background check.
• Exhibit traits of dependability, professionalism, enthusiasm, punctuality, and friendliness.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Post-secondary dance training experience such as a certificate or degree in dance performance, education, or related fields (not mandatory but a plus).
