WHAT YOU’LL DO

1. Create a Welcoming Atmosphere
Greet guests warmly at the bar, provide menus, and offer an experience that’s personal and engaging.
2. Craft Excellent Beverages
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistently and with flair, following recipes and responsible service guidelines.
3. Keep the Bar Running Smoothly
Maintain a clean, organized work area; manage inventory; and uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
4. Collaborate with the Team
Work with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Jump in where needed to support the flow of the shift.
5. Be a Go-To Expert
Provide menu knowledge, make pairing suggestions, and help guide guest decisions. Handle transactions accurately and confidently.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled in mixing, garnishing, and serving beverages
• Confident with POS systems and cash handling
• Strong communication and hospitality skills
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late nights
• Must be of legal drinking age with any required local certifications
