The Job

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and execute on new business opportunities, including outbound client acquisition and strategic partnerships
  • Lead outreach, negotiations, and relationship management with media, affiliate, and B2B partners
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and partnership opportunities
  • Conduct market research to inform go-to-market strategy and uncover new verticals or channels
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor our messaging and offerings for target segments
  • Track and report on sales and partnership metrics, including conversion rates, CAC, and ROI
  • Test and refine BD strategies based on performance and partner feedback

The Profile

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth — ideally in SaaS or tech
  • Proven experience driving client acquisition or partnership deals end-to-end
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for pitching value clearly
  • Comfortable working in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and tracking pipeline metrics
  • Highly self-directed and motivated with a bias for action
  • Bonus: Familiarity with scheduling tools, appointment-based businesses, or website builders
