BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (BDR) Remote (Latin America) | Full-Time | Base + 20% Commission

We're in an exciting growth phase and building a world-class sales team to support our expansion.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We're hiring our first Business Development Representative to join our team and help us scale from $50K/month to $200K/month in 2026. This is a ground-floor opportunity where you'll:
This is NOT a cold-calling grind. You'll be reaching out to pre-qualified prospects who fit our ideal customer profile and nurturing inbound leads from active campaigns.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Haves: ✓ Fluent English (C1/C2 level) - You'll be calling US-based business owners ✓ 1-2+ years sales or customer-facing experience (BDR, SDR, inside sales, account management, or customer success) ✓ Coachable and hungry - You take feedback well and want to grow ✓ Self-disciplined - You can manage your day working remotely without micromanagement ✓ Tech-savvy - Comfortable learning new tools quickly (Zoho CRM, dialers, etc.) ✓ Reliable internet and quiet workspace - Professional calling environment required ✓ Available 9am-5pm US Eastern Time (flexibility on exact hours)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary: $2,000 USD per month (paid bi-weekly via Wise, PayPal, or direct transfer)
Commission Structure: 20% of total deal value on all closed deals from your booked appointments
Example Earnings:
Top performers can earn $10K-$20K+/month total compensation.
