Your Impact as a COTA:

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you’ll work directly with patients to help them regain independence, confidence, and quality of life.

You will:

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an OT.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure holistic, patient-centered outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers to support functional progress.
• Document progress accurately and efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about hands-on patient care, enjoys collaboration, and thrives in a supportive, empowering environment.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Active or eligible COTA license in Pennsylvania.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads encouraged to apply — we provide mentorship and onboarding support!
