The outcome of being a part of our leadership accelerator will be your ability to lead yourself, others, and an organization at the highest level. Areas of focus in the accelerator would progress through categories including operations, service, training, financial return, people leadership, platform management, scheduling, LEAN, team building, inventory management, customer data, California business law, human resources, and more. If your aspirations are to own a Chick-fil-A, own your own business, or achieve your postgraduate educational goals, partnering with Chick-fil-A will give you the confidence to lead effectively in any industry.
Requirements to Apply for the Accelerator:
- Strong desire to grow personally and professionally through in-person partnership & mentorship
- Completed college level degree or has 3+ years of management/leadership experience
- 40+ hours of availability, including Saturdays (we are flexible with scheduling for reoccurring or intermittent commitments)
- Desire to genuinely care of people who are in all stages of life
- Humility to work with other leaders who are pursuing similar goals and partner to achieve shared results
- Reliable means of transportation to and from the restaurant with a driver's license

Pay is a sliding scale as you begin training and moving up the levels in the organization.
