CNC Operator

Looking for full time CNC Operators. Versatile runs (4) Biesse CNC Routers: (2) flat table machines and (2) pod and rail machines. Versatile manufactures all wood products, experience with wood products is required.

Operator Requirements:

• Operator should have experience operating a CNC Router for wood products such as Baltic Birch, MDF, Plywood, Solid Wood, Laminates, Melamine, Veneer
• Operator will be required to follow tooling set up procedures
• Operator will be required to perform periodic quality inspections on parts & first article inspections on all new production runs
• Must be able to measure parts using standard equipment: Tape measure & calipers. Must be able to read manufacturing prints and input dimensions into computer program
• ERP system is used to log into all jobs and pull prints for production parts. Must be able to use a computer.

Support Staff:

• The Operator will report directly to the production manager
• CNC Operators are supported by a material handler
• All CNC's have vacuum lifts

Compensation:

• Competitive compensation will be experienced based
• Standard schedule is (4) 10 hour shifts: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30PM, with overtime on Fridays if necessary
• Paid Vacation & Benefits such as health, Dental & Vision are provided by the company once minimum employment term is met. Eligibility for 401K participation after a year of employment.
• All employees are eligible for quarterly bonuses based on the company’s profitability

As a OEM manufacturer we manufacturer for major furniture companies, store fixture manufacturers, and general contractors across the nation. Production runs change often and the operator must be able to work quickly and efficiently and time manage multiple projects.
