The Difference You Make:
The Senior Analyst is primarily responsible for risk-based data mining and analysis within their designated business area.

• Performs data mining and analytics for designated business area.
• Provides strategic business recommendations.
• Ensures efficient and effective system implementation and integration across designated business area.
• Prepares monthly dashboard reports, identifying trends and presenting thoughtful, actionable solutions to senior consultants for implementation.
• Conducts ad hoc assignments as requested.
• Builds and maintains sustainable relationships with key business and IT stakeholders.
• Participates in phases of the development lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Designs scalable workflows and tools to automate processes for assigned business unit.
• Provides feedback to development team on usability of software.
• Serves as a point of contact for business unit's data-related questions and inquiries.
• Supports various projects as needed.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Finance, Economics, Management Information Systems, Statistics or equivalent quantitative field. - Required.

3+ Years Risk Analyst, Risk Management, Analyst - Required.

• Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of data analysis, data presentation, and data development.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience using statistical packages for analyzing data sets (Excel, Access, SAAS).
• Strong knowledge of statistical applications within Financial Services to interpret data requests and identify data analytics opportunities.

• Experience developing and optimizing Power Bi dashboards, SQL and working with Snowflake for data modeling.
• Ability to focus on details to ensure and maintain data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.
• Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

What Else You Need To Know :

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range

Minimum:

$63,750.00 USD

Maximum:

$110,000.00 USD
