**Job Title: Document Imaging Clerk** **Job Description** + The Document Imaging Clerk is responsible for preparing, imaging, and filing controlled quality records. + This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure quality records are complete, organized, and in good condition for scanning. + The role involves filing hard copies correctly and uploading electronic records promptly upon completion of scanning. **Responsibilities** + Prepare quality records such as DHRs and Work Orders, ensuring they are complete, organized, and ready for scanning. + File hardcopies correctly and upload/save electronic records promptly upon completion of scanning. + Maintain records in an orderly manner to ensure they are protected and accessible when needed. + Communicate effectively and cooperatively with team members. + Complete all required training promptly and in a timely manner. + Perform other duties as assigned by manager or designee. **Essential Skills** + Knowledge of documentation and Quality System Management. + Understanding of GDP requirements. + Excellent organizational and time management skills. + Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint. + High School diploma, some college preferred. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Precise, rigorous, and detail-oriented. + Strong communication skills. + Fluent in English. **Why Work Here?** + Experience growth potential as the product is forecasted to become FDA approved in the US next year. **Work Environment** + Work is primarily conducted in a cleanroom environment during the first shift, from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. + Office work might require extended hours working with a computer and using a scanner/copier. + The role may require lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.56 - $24.32/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
