Job Title : Senior Epic Welcome/Cadence/MyChart Certified Analyst

Location: 100% Remote

Duration/Type of Contract: 6-Month Contract

Number of Resources: 1

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for Welcome implementation and support.
• Assist in retrofitting sites and ramping up the use of Welcome in provider office and hospital environments.
• Perform backend design, build, and testing for Welcome and related systems.
• Provide expertise in Cadence workflows, including access transformation, decision trees, and referral orders.
• Work closely with team leads and stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and effective system utilization.

Required Qualifications

• Certifications: Epic Welcome, Cadence, and MyChart certifications are mandatory.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5+ years of Epic experience with strong focus on Welcome and Cadence modules.
• Hands-on experience with backend design and build for Epic Welcome module.
• Proficiency with access transformation, decision tree workflows, and referral order configurations.
• Strong knowledge of Epic Prelude, Cadence, and MyChart workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Epic's Hello Patient feature and MyChart/Cadence combo workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to build SME expertise from the ground up for new implementations.
