Role Overview

Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for an Catering Executive Chef to join our team at Synchrony in Stamford CT. The current food landscape consists of Cafe that is open for Breakfast and Lunch only, and Catering Operations. The Catering Executive Chef 2 will oversee catering production. This location does approximately 2 million in catering. 70% of our catering is special events, and 30% day-to-day catering. All catering events are done on site. Catering events range from Board Events for the CEO, Site Wide Lunches for Employees to High End Dinners for 2.

Incentives

Predominatley a M-F scheudle, must be willing to flex schedule to meet event needs

• hands on cooking 90% of the time

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
