Job Description

Helpin Hands LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Manager to join our leadership team. This role supports our homecare and adult day support services by ensuring quality, safety, and day-to-day operational success in the field.

Location: Greater Cleveland, Ohio

Schedule: Full-time – Must have open availability , including potential weekends or evenings
Compensation: Based on experience + mileage reimbursement

Minimum Requirements (Do Not Apply If You Do Not Meet These)

• Verifiable supervisory experience in homecare, I/DD, or human services (required)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must carry active car insurance
• Must hold current certifications in:
• Medication Administration – Category 1 (DODD approved)
• CPR & First Aid
• DODD Initial and Annual Trainings (including Rights, MUI/UIR, Universal Precautions, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits and provide direct support to DSPs and clients
• Monitor safety, service delivery, and daily routines in client homes
• Provide backup coverage in emergencies and report critical issues
• Support the Operations Manager by relaying updates from the field
• Foster positive relationships with staff, individuals served, and families
