The ideal candidate is the first point of contact for HR inquiries, so we are seeking someone who is responsive, empathetic, and energized by helping others. This role is instrumental in aiding employees and ensuring an excellent experience for our clients through exceptional customer service with day to day HR support.
Partner Solutions, located in Brighton, works with over 40 charter schools across the state of Michigan. Essential Functions:
Coordinate all aspects of the employee lifecycle
Onboarding school employees at multiple locations
Main contact for employee consultation regarding benefits, payroll, HR topics and more
Friendly, approachable and patient - even under pressure
Participation in onsite visits to provide training and employee support
Thrives in a dynamic setting, juggling multiple projects while keeping priorities clear
Maintain accurate employee files, HRIS data and prepare data for HR personnel Audits
Create and meet reporting deadlines
Ensure compliance with Employee Handbook policies

Education and Experience Requirements :
Preference for Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management or similar
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
