Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant - Entry Level (Career Transition Opportunity)

Role: Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant

Location: USA (Remote)

Pay Rate: $65/hr- $70/hr

Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements for Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, OTL, or Absence Management
• Support configuration of Oracle HCM setups under supervision, including organizations, grades, jobs, payroll elements, and eligibility rules
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation such as requirement documents, configuration workbooks, and process flows
• Participate in implementation phases including system configuration, data validation, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment support
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data conversions, ensuring functional accuracy
• Provide post-go-live support by helping resolve user issues, system defects, and change requests
