Job Description

Salary: $142,205 - 241,749 per year Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Proven experience in integrating electronic control systems.
  • At least 12 years of experience in avionics or electronic controls embedded development, with knowledge of systems such as flight or mission controls.
  • Experience in avionics development, particularly in system-level integration, validation, and verification.
  • Strong technical writing abilities, capable of generating necessary engineering documentation.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform systems engineering functions including but not limited to:
  • - Acting as a technical liaison between our team and Boeing, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration on engineering projects.
  • - Collaborating with engineers to design, develop, and integrate systems, subsystems, and components, ensuring compliance with specific requirements and standards.
  • - Analyzing and interpreting system requirements to ensure our solutions meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • - Participating in system testing and validation, ensuring our solutions align with Boeing's standards.
  • - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in close cooperation with Boeing engineers to implement effective solutions.
  • - Developing and maintaining technical documentation, reports, and presentations to support project activities and stakeholder communication.
  • - Working collaboratively to assess and implement changes to systems and components.
  • - Documenting and sharing lessons learned and best practices to enhance future projects.
  • - Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • - Building and maintaining strong relationships with Boeing stakeholders to address their needs effectively.
