Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesW e’re looking for a strategic and driven eCommerce leader to own and grow existing customer monetization for Boost Mobile. This role is responsible for optimizing the BoostMobile.com my account experience and mobile app to increase retention, conversion, and upsell performance.
You will be a key member of the Boost Mobile eCommerce team and will be responsible for the existing customer presentation of BoostMobile.com’s product offerings—educating customers about add-on products, upgrade opportunities, as well as driving sell-in and conversion. To achieve your goals, you will develop strategies and execute to rapidly iterate and optimize the onsite funnel and marketing tactics in a dynamic competitive environment.
You’ll collaborate with teams across product, marketing, operations, and analytics to develop and execute test-and-learn strategies, and use customer insights to shape compelling journeys that turn engagement into revenue. The ideal candidate is a data-savvy storyteller, a strong cross-functional partner, and a relentless optimizer.
