We seek a talented and experienced Dynamics Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics applications. As a Dynamics Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet business requirements. **The candidate must have Advance Dynamics 365 Certification** Responsibilities:
Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics applications to align with business needs.
Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions using Microsoft Dynamics tools and technologies.
Collaborate with other teams to integrate Dynamics applications with existing systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, configurations, and integrations.
Investigate and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand and refine business requirements.
Stay abreast of updates and new releases in the Dynamics platform and assist in system upgrades and migrations.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to new Dynamics functionalities.
Basic Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Dynamics Developer or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics customization, configuration, and development.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM, or other Dynamics platforms.
Experience with programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualification:
Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Azure.
Knowledge of best practices for Dynamics development and customization.
