Job Description

Nesco Resource is now hiring for 1st shift Packers/Puller at a facility in Belmont.

• Prepares orders by processing orders; pulling product; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
• Ensure timely and accurate picking of customer orders.
• Ensure the accuracy of the customer's order at packing
• Picks product to a stock chaser, conveyor, box or tote.
• Packs product according to procedures to ensure damage-free delivery to customer.
• Accurately count product inventory by location
• Transport orders to shipping locations utilizing non-powered material handling equipment.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• High sense of urgency at all times
• Prior warehouse experience
• Good attention to detail
• Must be a team player and able to work well with others.

Dress Code:
Casual dress, longer shorts are accepted-no shorty shorts allowed, tank tops can be worn as long as they are 3 fingers wide, no cut off muscle shirts, jeans, sweat pants, t-shirts, sweatshirts, tennis shoes are all fine
When submitting to client:
Resumes are required, picking and packing experience preferred
Attendance is very important. Client likes to know when you start if you have scheduled days off for the next 90 days. (Dr's appointments, court dates, vacations)
Very fast paced position, picking orders, packing orders, unloading container trucks, and other general warehouse duties. Must be able to read a packing slip and read numbers.
Some overtime required.
