Job Description

Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 annually

Onsite Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Position Summary

This individual is responsible for planning, negotiating, and purchasing ad space across various media channels to ensure the most effective reach for a client’s target audience. They work closely with client-facing Account and Marketing teams to develop and execute paid media campaigns aligned with each client’s goals. The objective is to maximize return on investment (ROI) by securing high-quality ad placements at competitive rates, while ensuring alignment with both the client’s brand strategy and Cardone Ventures' standard of excellence.

  • Campaign recommendations and performance insights proactively drive meaningful results and long-term client satisfaction

OBJECTIVES

  • Develop, execute, and optimize high-performing digital campaigns tailored to each client from conception to launch
  • Provide actionable and data-informed insights into campaign performance during client reporting calls and touchpoints Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs tied to client objectives
  • Build and manage media buys across client ad platforms and oversee daily execution of their paid media strategy
  • Understand each client’s customer journey to develop paid strategies that support conversion at every stage of the funnel
  • Manage and report on paid media budget allocations and optimizations per client
  • Ensure client campaigns follow a clean, structured format and best practices are clearly documented and communicated
  • Conduct in-depth research and competitive analysis to inform strategic ad targeting and positioning Define success metrics, track performance, and forecast spend and return for all client campaigns
  • Use HubSpot CRM and other tools to track client engagement and inform optimization strategies Execute beta tests and report results to validate innovations prior to recommending scaled rollout to clients
  • Recommend platform-specific innovations and trends to maintain a strategic edge in clients’ media performance

COMPETENCIES

  • Strong paid media strategy or planning experience with a proven ability to tie marketing performance to client business goals
  • Knowledge of digital, traditional, social media, and broader marketing opportunities, with the ability to advise clients on strategy
  • Highly proficient with Mac, Google G Suite, HubSpot, and marketing technologies relevant to client campaign delivery
  • Informed on emerging digital trends and marketing automation tools to enhance client performance
  • Ability to manage client campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn with a focus on ROI
  • Possess intermediate financial acumen to manage and report on client ad budgets with accuracy
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset for evaluating performance, interpreting metrics, and driving client decisions through insights

Education And Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Current Google Ads Certification preferred

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
