Responsibilities: What Your Days Might Look Like • Spending slow mornings or active afternoons with little ones at home • Engaging in developmental play, story time, or snack time • Supporting nap routines and maintaining a peaceful, tidy environment • Assisting stay-at-home or work-from-home parents with the little things that make a big difference • Becoming a familiar, friendly face, children look forward to seeing You might work with the same family each week, or support different families on rotating schedules—we’ll match you based on your preferences and strengths. Qualifications: You’re a Great Fit If You... • Have childcare experience and love what you do (3 years min) • Are dependable, communicative, and nurturing • Value flexibility, but still show up like clockwork • Have your own reliable transportation • Are you CPR certified (or open to becoming certified) • Pass a criminal, civil & driving background check • Can provide 2-3 valid references Pay & Perks • $20–$23/hr based on experience • Flexible weekday schedules—usually between 8 AM and 4 PM • Weekly direct deposit + mileage reimbursement when driving children • Real-time support from the agency (you’ll never feel on your own) • Ongoing opportunities with the same families or to pick up extra shifts • No apps or confusing systems—just human support and clear communication About Company: If you’re ready to feel appreciated for your work and build strong connections with families who value you, we’d love to welcome you into the Twinkle Toes family.
