Sonar Spark is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our executive team in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and proactive in managing tasks, schedules, and communications to ensure seamless workflow and effective time management.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
Handle confidential information with discretion
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Assist with project coordination and follow-ups
Respond to emails and calls promptly and professionally
Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system
Support in preparing presentations and reports as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based productivity tools
High level of discretion and professionalism
Ability to work independently and anticipate needs
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
