About the Role
The Company is seeking a President & CEO to lead its multi-disciplinary performing arts organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic vision, ensuring program vitality, and fostering a culture of artistic excellence and community engagement. This role requires a dynamic leader with a minimum of 10 years' senior management experience in a relevant artistic and cultural sector, a proven track record in strategic programming, and a strong background in fundraising and financial management. The President & CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors to fulfill the organization's mission, refresh its vision, and oversee both artistic and fiscal operations. They will also serve as the primary spokesperson, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including artists, donors, and the media, to promote the organization's programs and activities. Candidates for the President & CEO position at the company should be creative, visionary, and adept at building and nurturing relationships. The role demands a leader with exceptional communication skills, a customer-oriented mentality, and a deep commitment to the arts and community.
