Job Summary: We are seeking a part-time Showing Agent to assist a Broker Associate with showing properties to clients during nights and weekends. The ideal candidate will be a licensed real estate agent with a reliable car and flexible availability to accommodate client schedules. This position will require approximately 10-15 hours of work per week. Responsibilities: Show properties to clients during nights and weekends Provide clients with information about properties and neighborhoods Answer client questions about the buying process Assist with open houses as needed Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and brokers Provide feedback to the Broker Associate regarding client interest and feedback on properties shown Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times Adhere to all real estate laws and regulations Requirements: Reliable car for transportation to properties Flexible availability to work during nights and weekends Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional appearance and demeanor Familiarity with the local real estate market preferred Ability to adhere to all real estate laws and regulations If you are a licensed real estate agent with a passion for helping clients find their dream home, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
