Industry: Food Distribution / Manufacturing Operations

Pay: $20–22/hr

Addison Group is partnering with our client, a rapidly growing leader in the food distribution industry, to hire a Bilingual Manufacturing Operations Recruiter. This role is instrumental in supporting nationwide hiring needs for high-volume warehouse operations roles.

Job Description:

The Manufacturing Operations Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle for warehouse positions across multiple distribution centers. This role requires creativity, adaptability, and strong relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to handle high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for warehouse positions (Selector/Packer roles) across U.S. distribution centers.
  • Source candidates using a wide range of strategies, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, job fairs, community outreach, and networking.
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews, ensuring candidates align with hiring needs and company standards.
  • Build strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers and HR leaders to drive hiring processes forward.
  • Maintain an active candidate pipeline to meet weekly hiring targets, adjusting strategies for peak hiring seasons.
  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and employment regulations.
  • Assist with onboarding to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; recent graduates with internship or corporate HR/recruiting exposure are encouraged to apply.
  • Bilingual Spanish (conversational fluency required).
  • Willingness to travel 1–2 times per year to meet with hiring managers onsite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage a high requisition load.
  • Energetic, resourceful, and proactive personality with a consultative approach.
  • Previous high-volume recruiting experience preferred.
  • Experience with systems such as UKG, iCIMS, or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
