You'll partner with leadersacross departments to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent that fuels ourgrowth. What You'll Do Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own therecruiting process from job posting to onboarding-sourcing, screening,interviewing, and closing top candidates.
EmployerBranding: Promote Rebel's unique culture through engaging job descriptions,social media posts, and campus outreach.
TalentSourcing: Use creative channels and tools (LinkedIn, referrals, networkingevents, ATS platforms) to find high-potential candidates.
BusinessPartnering: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements andcreate effective recruiting strategies.
PipelineManagement: Maintain and nurture strong talent pipelines for futureneeds-always staying two steps ahead.
InterviewCoordination: Schedule interviews, provide candidate prep, and ensure abest-in-class experience for every applicant.
Market Insight: Stay on top ofhiring trends and compensation benchmarks to help Rebel stay competitive in thetalent game.
Who You Are 8+ years ofexperience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations.
Highly organized with apassion for people and process.
Exceptionalcommunicator who can sell Rebel's vision to candidates and internalstakeholders alike.
Resourcefuland proactive-you know how to find great talent, even in competitive markets.
Comfortablewith applicant tracking systems (bonus if you've used Greenhouse, Lever, orWorkable).
Fast-pacedand flexible-able to pivot quickly and juggle multiple roles and departments atonce.
A culture champion who valuesdiversity, equity, inclusion, and the Rebel spirit.
Bonus Points If You Have... Experiencehiring in retail, fashion, tech, or high-growth startup environments.
Previous campus recruiting orinternship program development experience.
