Join our mission-driven team as a Member Recruitment Coordinator and help us grow a life-saving registry through education, engagement, and community outreach. What You'll Do As the face of our mission in Arizona, you'll: Deliver compelling presentations and host awareness events on college campuses across Phoenix. ‍‍ Build meaningful relationships and inspire 445+ new registry sign-ups each month. Maintain accurate projections (90-110%) and track your impact. Recruit, train, and lead passionate volunteers. Set up and manage event materials (yes, sometimes outdoors!). Transport materials to and from event locations. What You Bring Bilingual in Spanish and English - a must! A charismatic communicator who's comfortable engaging one-on-one or with large crowds. Energetic, enthusiastic, and mission-driven- you light up a room! Physically able to work on your feet and outdoors for extended periods. Bonus Points If You Have A background in Public Health or a related field. Experience in community outreach or volunteer coordination. A valid license(required if hired full-time). Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
