Position Overview
As a Regulatory Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Your expertise will help mitigate risks and maintain the organization's commitment to ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of compliance controls and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance matters.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely reporting and documentation.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state regulations, including AML/CTF, sanctions, and data privacy laws.
Proven ability to develop and implement compliance strategies and programs.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
