We are currently seeking a Remote SAP Security consultant to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Ntt Data is looking for one person with experience of at least 7 years of experience in SAP security, preferably with S/4HANA & ECC.

Nice to have:

•  Certifications: Relevant SAP certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Security or SAP Certified Security Professional.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis administration, user management, role administration, and system hardening. •  Security Knowledge: Deep understanding of security concepts specific to SAP ECC and S/4HANA, including user authentication, authorization, and data protection.
•  Project Experience: Experience in planning and implementing security on brownfield S/4HANA projects.
•  Support Experience: Experience in customer SAP Support processes:  Includes utilizing Incident Management tools, change management processes, modification of security roles, etc. 
Nice to Have •  Cloud Security: Familiarity with securing cloud deployments using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Cloud Identity Services (CIS).
•  Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve security issues in SAP environments.
•  Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

What you will do:

• Support the Lead with the SAP security team providing operational and technical security support for the business
• Design, implement, and support SAP security strategy
• Research, analyze, design, propose, and deliver SAP security solutions that are appropriate and in alignment with Ntt Data strategic objectives
• Provide technical and architectural leadership for SAP security design and implementation
• Coordinate and maintain access authorization compliance between data owner and users within the access provisioning workflow
• Work with technical team, business process owners, and auditors to ensure information security is compliant with Ntt Data security policies
• Understand and manage compliance requirements and enforce information security directives
• Educate management teams on how to identify risks and design controls to cover those risks
• Maintain document library in SharePoint with up-to-date controls mapping of threats to policies to associating procedures and processes
• Work with Solutions Architecture team to design and implement fits for purpose SAP security solutions
• Responsible for critical access restrictions/audit compliance requirement for tables and reports
• You will work with and support internal and external audit teams 

Minimum qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience implementing SAP Security concepts and strategies
• Relevant degree such as: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Education, Business, Information Technology, Technical, Business/Administration Science, Management Information Systems

• Leadership role experience a plus
• SAP security design, configuration, and administration expertise in ECC, CRM, BI/BW, APO, Fiori, and HANA database
• Knowledge of SAP GRC 12.X configuration and administration, GRC BC sets, workflow customization and ruleset
• Configuring security and setting up roles on NetWeaver applications
• Oversees testing
• Experience with ticketing system for example ServiceNow, and ITIL Change Management practice
• Good understanding and experience with audit processes and monitoring
