Job description:
Looking for a Sr Salesforce BSA/Product Owner with strong experience in working across multiple Salesforce programs simultaneously.
Must have experience working hand-in-hand with multiple program teams, enterprise architects, and business leaders in a large-scale enterprise environment.
Extensive Healthcare Payer Sales stream experience is a must.
Extensive experience in BSA/Product Owner/Product Manager roles is a must.
Strong expertise in Salesforce, including Experience Cloud & Health Cloud, is required.
Total IT industry experience of at least 8 years, with at least 5 of those in Salesforce.com and Sales/Service/Experience Cloud.
Projects experience with specific reference to CRM Roadmap planning and Sales/Service/Experience Cloud / Salesforce / Force.com Implementation / Architectural oversight will be necessary.
Should have experience working with SFDC objects, configuration, and administration essentials.
Must have worked in minimum of 1-2 Health Cloud implementations.
Experience and domain knowledge in healthcare payer business is a huge plus
