Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP EWM Consultant who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops. **Role:** SAP EWM Consultant **Job Level:** Manager **Location:** Foster City - CA USA, CLT/RMT, California - Hybrid **Duration:** Full Time only **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SAP EWM Extended Warehouse Management and preferably domain experience in Medical Devices. This hybrid role requires excellent project management skills to ensure successful project delivery within the day shift. No travel is required. **Responsibilities** · Strong SAP background in Extended Warehouse Management · Strong functional knowledge in EWM including · Inbound Outbound deliveries. · P2P flows for Purchase receipts · transfers goods issuance from EWM · Warehouse order creation · Wave Management · Advanced Yard Management · Advance Labor Management · Deconsolidation · Rearrangement · Internal Routing · Put away strategies · Removal strategies · Handling Units · Stock Transfer Orders · Storage Unit Management · Advanced replenishment · Warehouse Monitor · Goods Receipt Optimization · Easy Graphics Framework for creating Dashboards · RFID integration · Automatic stock adjustment · Parcel Manifest · Slotting · Lead the planning and implementation of SAP EWM projects to ensure timely and successful delivery. · Oversee project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. · Provide direction and support to project teams ensuring alignment with project objectives. · Manage project timelines budgets and resource allocation to maintain project efficiency. · Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP EWM solutions. · Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as needed. · Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project execution. · Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders to maintain transparency. · Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth project execution. · Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management. · Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes. · Ensure that project documentation is complete accurate and up-to-date. · Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment to promote team success. **Qualifications** · Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management with a focus on SAP EWM. · Demonstrate strong technical expertise in SAP EWM Extended Warehouse Management. · Have domain experience in Medical Devices which is considered a plus. · Exhibit excellent leadership and team management skills. · Show proficiency in project planning execution and monitoring. · Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. · Have a proven track record of successful project delivery. · Exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. · Show proficiency in using project management tools and software. · Possess a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices. · Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. · Exhibit a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development. **Certifications Required** PMP Certification SAP EWM Certification **Salary and Other Compensation:** Applications will be accepted until 04/15/2025 The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 USD - $152,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
