As a **Security Officer - Realty Patrol** in **Santa Clara, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more . As a Security Officer in a commercial real estate setting, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence throughout the location. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, interacting with tenants and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. Your contributions will support a welcoming and secure environment for everyone at the property. **Position Type: Part Time** **Pay Rate: $24.45 / Hour** **Job Schedule:** **Day** **Time** Sat08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Sun08:00 AM - 04:00 PM **Responsibilities:** + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. + Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
