What You’ll Do:

As the Security Operations Manager, you’ll be the on-site leader and key liaison between DSI and our client. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, ensure staff coverage, and uphold the highest standards in service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing security operations to maintain a safe, secure environment for staff, visitors, and patients.
• Managing scheduling, staffing, and administrative records.
• Providing coaching and leadership to on-site security personnel.
• Promoting a proactive safety culture by identifying and resolving potential hazards.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for client communication and relationship management.
• Ensuring compliance with client expectations, DSI policies, and post orders.

What You Bring:

• A passion for leadership, safety, and service.
• 3+ years of security management experience.
• Prior experience in contract security, military, or law enforcement.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Basic to intermediate computer proficiency.
• Ability to conduct foot patrols, lift moderately heavy items, and work in various weather conditions.
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation and communication.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
