Segal Marco Advisors seeks an individual with strong analytical skills, interested in both investments and operations, within its Investment Operations Team. The opportunity is in a fast growing, team-oriented group, and requires an individual who is highly detail oriented, a self-starter, and excels in a collaborative environment.
The position is located in our Chicago office, with work on a hybrid schedule (i.e., partly in-office, partly from home). This is an ideal opportunity for the qualified candidate who wishes to apply strong quantitative, analytical and operational skills and/or experience. The current salary range for this position is $72,000 to $90,000 plus opportunity for a discretionary performance bonus based on company profitability and employee performance. In addition, Segal offers a comprehensive suite of benefits to include a non-contributory defined benefit pension plan, matching and discretionary contributions to a 401(k) profit sharing plan, medical and prescription benefits including contributions to a health savings account for eligible employees, dental benefits, life insurance, disability insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, wellness benefit reimbursements and rewards, and professional credential and tuition reimbursement.
