Description of Duties:
The Senior QA Tester is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and a strong, professional presence. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, taking a lead role in quality assurance activities, and collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team.
| Key Responsibilities: |
- Design, write, and execute comprehensive test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements and provide clear testing insights.
- Act independently in QA tasks and contribute to strategic quality decisions.
- Lead or mentor QA processes and collaborate closely with other specialists on the team.
- Identify, track, and manage defects and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain documentation and reporting throughout the testing lifecycle.

| Desired Skills and Experience: |
- 7 years’ experience minimum, required
- Professional-level English proficiency, required.
- Experience working with federal, state, or local governments entities, preferred.
- Proven experience testing Salesforce applications, including script writing and execution.
- Strong background in QA lead roles with the ability to operate independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong, professional presence with a consultative mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Able to perform more varied and difficult tasks.
- Able to work in a collaborative team environment to obtain the best results.
