Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team as a hybrid Bartender/Server. In this role, you'll play a key part in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing outstanding service at the bar and in the dining area. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: * Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner * Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and legal guidelines * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, tables, and work areas * Upsell menu items and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience * Handle cash, credit card transactions, and open/close tabs responsibly * Follow all food safety and alcohol service regulations * Work collaboratively with kitchen and fellow team members to ensure timely and accurate service * Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned Qualifications: * Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol (per state law) * Prior experience as a bartender, server, or both is preferred * Basic knowledge of popular cocktails and beer/wine service * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment * Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player * Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs This position is subject to successful completion of a background check as it relates to the role and responsibilities.
