Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a thriving manufacturing company based in Carlsbad, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter with a passion for full-cycle recruiting and an interest in contributing to the growth of an expanding organization.

Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruiting : Responsible for the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • This role reports to the Director of HR.
  • Company size: Currently 225 employees, expected to expand to 240 by July.
• Manufacturing Industry Experience Required : Must have a minimum of 5+ years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment, with experience in filling roles in QC and R&D.
• ADP ATS Experience Required : Experience with ADP's applicant tracking system is essential.
• Onsite Role in Carlsbad, CA : This is a 100% onsite position with no remote flexibility.
• New Hire Orientation & Onboarding : Conduct NHO (New Hire Orientation) regularly and manage compliance and training.
• Recruitment Marketing & Analytics : Analyze recruitment marketing data, track KPIs, and report weekly to HR leadership.
• Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
• Strong Networking Focus : Expected to attend recruiting events and build relationships with universities, organizations, and community groups.
• No Direct Reports : The role does not have supervisory responsibilities but includes coordination and cross-functional collaboration with management and hiring managers.
  • Most turnover occurs in manufacturing, with replacements needed once every two to three months. These roles start at $20/hr+
  • Indeed is the preferred recruiting platform for sourcing candidates.

• Certifications required: Human Resources Management.
• Education requirement: BA degree.
