Our client is seeking a 3rd shift Team Lead to join their team. As a Team Lead, you will be part of the Operations supporting the Manufacturing Facility. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Team Lead** **Location: Marion NC** **Shift:** 3rd Shift (Overnight) **Pay Rate:** $24.00 per hour **What's the Job?** + Supervise and coordinate the activities of production associates during the 3rd shift. + Ensure production goals are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. + Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members. + Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes as needed to meet operational demands. + Maintain accurate shift records, including production output, attendance, and incident reports. + Enforce company policies and safety procedures consistently and effectively. + Communicate with other shift leads and management to ensure smooth transitions and continuity across shifts. + Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to problem-solving initiatives. **What's Needed?** + Minimum of 2 years of **supervisory or team lead experience in a manufacturing environment** . + Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. + Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality control. + Ability to work independently, make decisions under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities. + Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices is a plus. + Willingness to work overnight hours and maintain a consistent schedule. **What's in it for me?** + We offer a stable work environment, competitive pay, and the opportunity to grow within a respected manufacturing company. + As a Team Lead, you'll play a vital role in driving performance and shaping the success of our 3rd shift operations.
