Job Description
The Training Lead will be responsible for delivering, overseeing the full training cycle and track progress of training initiatives, evaluate accuracy of updates, reports and on boarding new Trainers. The Training Lead will also be involved in trainer improvement activities to ensure skills development.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate team projects and product specific projects with the client
+ Support training team members on daily tasks such as coaching, mentoring, answering training related questions
+ Oversee organization of new joiner training and work with all the trainers to make sure all training initiatives run smoothly
+ Work closely with the team to make sure all trainers are provided with the support needed to complete their tasks successfully
+ Conduct updates to material when there are discrepancies to ensure consistency
Role Requirements:
+ This is an onsite role in Fremont, CA
+ Must be flexible to work any shift between 5:00 am - 12:00 am PT including weekends and holidays
+ The role requires candidate pass English Assessments (written and spoken) with a minimum score of C1 for each
Basic Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience as a trainer
+ Minimum of 1 year experience in coaching or team management
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Sound decision making and organizational skills
+ Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
+ Proven ability to master the full training cycle
+ Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
