Prime Beverage Group was founded in 2018, our portfolio consists of 200+ exclusive products from 10 countries. Prime is a fast-growing Delaware sales team that represents all products from its sister company Universal Beverage Imports. Prime is seeking a Sales Executive that is looking to grow with our company. Joining our team will secure a future for growth and a sense of knowing your value to the business.

JOB DISCRIPTION

Sales Executive
The sales executive will be responsible for servicing and building an existing customer base and identify new retail prospects with the intent to develop and promote company priorities. They will be responsible for the presentation, placement and development of priority brands and the coordination and implementation of promotions, sales planning, administration for customers.

Achieve sales volume and distribution objectives of the company by opening and managing new accounts in a designed territory. This is an opportunity with unlimited earning potential for the right individual. This opportunity will enable the right individual to earn additional bonus and commissions and move up within the organization.

•  Increase distribution in territory, develop and maintain effective customer relations and promote the good will of the company
•  Successful sales, distribution and placement of all products
•  Proper merchandising of accounts with POS
•  Conduct promotions in accounts on a regular basis or when required
•  Develop new accounts and new placements
•  Handle customer inquiries regarding credit, delivery, product information and other inquiries as they arise
•  Execute monthly goals as related to business activities
•  Maintain a regular schedule with accounts in assigned area
•  Assist in the development and expansion of the product portfolio
•  Maintain professional and industry knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks.
•  Maintain customer confidence and operations by keeping information confidential.
•  Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•  Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
•  Ability to hold a Solicitor’s Permit is required.
•  Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle and requires the use of a personal motor vehicle.
•  An understanding of wine and spirits is required
•  Must be a result oriented professional with excellent verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as strong customer service skills.
•  Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines.
•  Proficient PC skills using MS Office, Excel and other various computer programs including presentation software.

COMPENSATION: Competitive pay

EXPERIENCE:

•  A minimum of 2 years of beverage sales experience is required

Physical Demands of Job:
•  Carrying and lifting 45-65 pounds
•  Overhead and immediate reaching to perform various duties
•  Standing and walking for periods of time to perform various duties
•  Squatting or bending to perform various duties as assigned
