Centrally located between Dallas and Fort Worth between iconic sports stadiums, Globe Life Field, home of the 2023 World Series Texas Rangers and AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, the 888-room resort features five restaurants and lounges, two pools with an authentic sandy beach, cabanas and a water slide as well as a fitness center, full-service spa and salon and 266,000 square feet of meeting and event space.Job SpecificAssists arriving and departing guests in a highly professional manner and with utmost courtesyHandles all luggage, baggage, packages, etc. carefully and safelyRooms arriving guests and assists guests who are checking per Hotel standardsEnsures that all luggage and bags are in a safe, secure area while awaiting transferCompletely familiar with all room types, room amenities and Hotel facilities, provides such information to Hotel guestsCompletely familiar with Hotel emergency procedures and provides necessary information to Hotel guestsHandles guest inquiries professionally and with the utmost courtesy and accuracyAnswers telephone in accordance with Loews Hotels Star Service standardsBecomes familiar with guests’ names and acknowledges guests by nameProvides guests with Hotel and surrounding area information and travel directionsPromotes Hotel facilities, Food and Beverage outlets, and recreation programsTransports guests to/from recreation areas in a safe and timely mannerMakes use of Handheld computer for check in purposesHandles master keys with care and follows proper sign-in/out procedures following key control and security proceduresMaintains condition of Hotel lobby, picking up any trash or debris, contacting Housekeeping for major cleaning tasksMaintains a good working relationship with all Hotel departments, with special emphasis on Front Desk, Valet Parking, Concierge and HousekeepingStands at post when not on a “Front” or “Last”Is alert to guest who appears to be intoxicated and intends to drive a vehicle – notifies SecurityReads and initials all entries in Front Desk Log Book and all information on Front Desk Bulletin BoardReads Group Profiles and Banquet Event information on a daily basisMaintains the cleanliness and excellent condition of equipment and work areaOther duties as assignedGeneralPromotes and applies teamwork skills at all timesNotifies appropriate individual promptly and fully of problems and/or unusual matters of significanceIs polite, friendly, and helpful to guests, management and fellow employeesExecutes emergency procedures in accordance with hotel standardsComplies with required safety regulations and proceduresAttends appropriate hotel meetings and training sessionsMaintains cleanliness and excellent condition of equipment and work areaComplies with hotel standards, policies and rulesRecycles whenever possibleRemains current with hotel information and changesComplies with hotel uniform and grooming standards
