Prepare food items according to event menus and specifications
Support buffet setup, carving stations, and plated service
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Assist with post-event breakdown and storage
Qualifications:
1+ years kitchen experience (banquets or catering preferred)
Knowledge of food safety regulations
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work long shifts
