Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving complaints effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system for continuous improvement and reference.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns where necessary.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communication, business, or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to empathize with customers.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is an advantage.
