**Description** **BLUF: Applicants must have prior experience administering CyberArk components as well as a Secret clearance or higher to be considered.** Leidos is seeking a motivated **Cyber Engineer** to join our team and contribute to the management and enhancement of CyberArk for Privileged Access Management (PAM) within the Defense Enclave Services (DES) program. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure PAM solutions, ensuring adherence to stringent DoD cybersecurity policies and supporting Risk Management Framework (RMF) related activities. You will be working within a collaborative team, focused on securing critical infrastructure and data. This is a hybrid role requiring 1-2 days/week onsite at Ft Meade. **Key Responsibilities:** + CyberArk Implementation and Configuration: Participate in the implementation, configuration, and integration of CyberArk components, including Vault, Privileged Session Manager (PSM), and Application Identity Manager (AIM). + PAM Architecture and Security Hardening: Contribute to the development of secure Privileged Access Management architectures, procedures, and policies, ensuring adherence to security best practices. + Compliance and RMF Support: Assist in aligning PAM solutions with DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST cybersecurity standards, and other relevant compliance requirements. + Audit and Accreditation Support: Provide technical support for internal and external audits, accreditation efforts, and compliance activities related to privileged access. + Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with other security engineers, system administrators, and developers to strengthen access control systems and improve the overall security posture. + PAM System Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of CyberArk systems and services. + Scripting and Automation: Develop and maintain scripts to automate PAM tasks and improve efficiency. **Required Qualifications:** + DoD Secret clearance or higher + Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education, relevant work experience, and/or military service + Current DoD IAT Level II certification (such as Security+, etc) + Hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM solutions, including installation, configuration, and administration. + Solid understanding of privileged access management concepts, principles, and best practices. + Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks. + Knowledge of DoD RMF and NIST cybersecurity standards. **Desired Qualifications:** + CyberArk Sentry or Guardian certification + Experience with DISA environments or Fourth Estate Agencies + Background working in technical teams + Advanced degree in cybersecurity or related field + Experience with integrating CyberArk with other security tools (e.g., SIEM, ticketing systems) + Experience with implementing least privilege access controls.
