In support of their needs, we are looking for a Data Cleansing Analyst Job Description: Job Title : Data Cleansing Analyst Job Location: Palo Alto, CA Work Schedule: On-site Rate: $23, Based on experience THIS IS NOT A HIGH LEVEL ROLE. Very entry level/intern position Project: Replacing PeopleSoft with new Oracle system

Data cleansing
Data manipulation (cut and paste Word or text documents to get them into the proper format, match up data values for our data mapping, etc).
Need to be able to break up documents (job profiles) into different parts to load it into the new system
Extracting values in Excel

Schedule: Hybrid (do not necessarily need someone to be onsite but needs to be local in case they need them to come in for a mtg), 8AM-5PM

Does not need PeopleSoft/Oracle exp. Just needs to be able to use Word and Excel
Intern level, no degree needed

Top 3 requirements to hire?

Detail oriented because the employee will review large data sheet and enter it in PeopleSoft.
Good written communication because this employee will be writing and following up on requests.
PeopleSoft experience preferred or experience in HRIS system
