Responsibilities: Coordinating and scheduling propane deliveries to residential, commercial, and industrial customers Managing the daily dispatch operations, assigning routes, and optimizing delivery schedules Communicating with drivers, providing them with accurate delivery instructions and addressing any route changes or delays Monitoring delivery progress and maintaining real-time updates of delivery status and location Collaborating with customer service, sales, and operations teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure seamless service delivery Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all dispatch activities Utilizing dispatch software and tools to efficiently manage delivery orders and maintain accurate records Analyzing delivery data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Minimum of 3 years of dispatching or job-related experience. Knowledge of fuel distribution concepts, practices, and procedures including related government regulations. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must have complete understanding of propane products and services including related government regulations. Able to multi-task well and prioritize workload.
