Our client, a prestigious global AmLaw 50 law firm, is seeking a skilled Senior Associate Attorney or Counsel to join their dynamic Global Finance group. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys who have a passion for fund finance and subscription line lending and want to work with a leading team in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .
Active Bar Admission in New York .
4+ years of substantive experience in fund finance and subscription line lending .
Experience advising banks , business development companies , and funds on asset-backed lending to funds or other investment vehicles in the private debt space.
Proven ability to run key aspects of transactions independently , from due diligence to closing.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and client service skills.
Represent major financial institutions, alternative lenders, and asset managers in a range of fund finance transactions, including subscription credit facilities and NAV-based lending.
Collaborate closely with fund formation counsel to advise on leverage considerations during fund launches.
Take the lead on complex transactions, managing timelines, documents, and client expectations.
Draft and negotiate credit agreements, collateral documentation, and related materials.
Support clients through all phases of a transaction, ensuring smooth execution and legal compliance.
Highly Competitive Salary: $310,000+ , commensurate with experience and class year.
